We've had a great experience buying snap in dentures at this store. Annika and Austin provide an excellent experience. The dentures are natural looking and a great fit. Austin is quite skilled in his abilities as a denturist. After a bad experience at a different place, it was amazing to see the difference. They worked closely with the dentist. Not only is the product high quality but the customer service is excellent. Recommended.
I just wanted to say how amazing Shannah and Austin are at the Seaside Or. Smile store are. I literally at the beginning of this journey but so thankful I found them. I go see a dentist they work closely with on May 14th for extractions and such. So I will update throughout. Everyone this far truly amazing!! Chair side manner is a real thing!! This is a huge step in ones life and a emotional roller coaster, I seen a few other dental offices before I landed in the smile store. Let’s just say I didn’t feel they truly cared until I seen Shannah at the desk. She came around the counter and sat in the lobby area with me and listened to my story and even shed a tear with me. At that moment I new it’s not about the money it’s about what’s going to help and better me!! I can go on and on yet it’s just the beginning :) I know I’m in good hands. So yes I would recommend The smile store.
Worst place ever. Messed up insurance, threatened to keep teeth unless we came up with 400.00. The worst part was the denture didn’t fit and stay in even with fixadent. At this point we’re not decided but probably because of the difficulty in dealing with them small claims action is our only recourse
After I paid for my denture and went into the office to pick it up I discovered that the office had packed up and moved out in the middle of the night and I was still in the first stage of my temporary denture so now I have a one year old denture that is warranted for 4 years that is worthless because I have to pay for someone else to remake a new denture and a partial that fits properly but it still says that they are open for business but they are not
