Coming from someone who has an extreme fear of "going to the dentist", I had an outstanding experience at this dental office from start to finish. Emily Goodrich provided my dental care and deep cleaning, and she was extremely professional, gentle, and thorough. She took the time to explain everything she was doing, paid close attention to detail, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. It was easily one of the best—and completely pain-free—cleanings I have ever had. I also had tooth fillings completed by Dr. Ellis, and that experience was exceptional as well. Dr. Ellis was calm, efficient, and clearly very skilled. The procedure was essentially pain-free, and everything was explained clearly beforehand, which made the entire process stress-free and reassuring. It was impressive to watch Dr. Ellis and his assistant work together seamlessly, like a well-oiled machine. Overall, this office delivers an exceptional level of care. The entire team is professional, patient-focused, and highly competent. I would confidently recommend Emily Goodrich, Dr. Ellis, and this dental office to anyone seeking high-quality dental care—especially those who experience anxiety about dental visits. I will be switching my entire family to this dental office.
When I became a patient of Dr.Chad Ellis, I was soon aware that his office is a place of kindness, courtesy, and respect for his patients and also for the members of his office staff. (My previous dentist was very nice to his patients, but did not treat his office staff with the respect they deserved.) Dr. Ellis' office is run very efficiently in a pleasant atmosphere. He is an excellent dentist and a great person.
Wow! To see the side by side before and after photos makes such a difference. I’m so glad I did it. Your whole staff is so responsive and proactive. I had the best experience with The Smile Studio! Since getting my braces off as a teenager I was insecure about the shape and size of my teeth. I knew changing them would be a big commitment and I had full faith in Dr. Ellis to makeover my smile! The initial consults were very helpful in outlining the whole process and expectations, and they were so nice to put the process on hold for me in between my consult and my first appointment so I could get my finances settled. My new smile fits me so well and I have so much more confidence now when taking photos knowing that it looks perfect from every angle! A huge thank you to Dr. Ellis & Kayla - you guys are the best!!
THE SMILE OF MY DREAMS! I can't say enough amazing things about Dr. Ellis and the entire staff at The Smile Studio. Dr. Ellis provided me with the best information and overview during my virtual consultation. He spent the time to make sure I was comfortable with the veneer process. During all my appointments, the staff was consistent with communication, quick to respond to my questions, and always made me feel so beyond taken care of. Truly, by the end of my veneers being place I felt like they were my friends! I chose going to Dr. Ellis because he is knowledgable, experienced and caring. He ensured that every measure was taken so that my experience was perfect; Even to the point of checking in with me after my appointment to make sure I was doing okay. He is honestly best dentist in the WORLD. My veneers are so natural, the perfect shape and simply enhanced my natural smile. I never get questions on 'who did my teeth' - people just compliment me and tell me how beautiful my smile is. That is all thanks to Dr. Ellis. I tell everyone who is looking at veneers, or is just wanting a new dentist to go to The Smile Studio. Thank you again for everything.
