I've been to many dentists in my lifetime. Hands down the best dental experience is at the Smile Place. The interaction with the front staff is always polite, courteous and welcoming. I've had appointments with the dental hygienists, the dentist, the oral surgeon and it has all been wonderful experience. They are proactive with my oral health, and use the latest techniques and technology. I'm never uncomfortable and always at ease. 😊 BTW, I've had: Cleanings, crowns, filling, dental implants, bone graph, teeth pulled.
This is a 5 Star Operation! It all starts with the incredible receptionists and billing clerks! They are friendly and personable on the phone and even friendlier face-to-face! True Company Assets! Dr. David Rothstein is a true professional! He actually listens to his patients and truly cares about them. If you're looking for 5 star service, this is the operation you want to utilize!
Dental hygienist Lauren was wonderful! She explained everything and was gentle in her cleaning. Dr Teitelbaum was thorough in his exam checking my mouth my tongue and my teeth. Very happy! Would highly recommend this practice for dental care.
I put off having my procedure done for years out of fear. That was all alleviated by the amazing staff and the absolutely fantastic and caring nature of my entire experience with these amazing people! From the second you call, they help every step of the way. Doctor Jay Kim is absolutely in the right field of work. As well as all of the beautiful people working there. It’s hard to find that kind of compassion these days. I was so unbelievably nervous but the superhero assistants and this incredible Doctor set my mind at ease. Talked to me, discussed everything that was happening and going to happen. All with such a caring nature. All the wonderful people assisting and involved were so patient and kind to me. If I could rate them 100 stars I would. Thank you all for everything!
I have been coming to the Smile Place for more than 15 years, I am always treated well, the staff is always friendly and helpful. I never feel pushed or rushed into making choices about my treatment of my teeth. Dr Teitelbaum takes great care of my teeth. My family all uses him. He takes great care of us all.
