Dr Cross is great! Very kind and professional! You feel at home from the time you walk in the door. Rachel at the front desk is very helpful and the Dental Assitant Brianah was great when I was getting my crown! I would recommend them to anyone!! Also i didn’t get to do a review last time but Brandi was my assistant at my last appointment and she was just as great! Thankful to have found a great dentist!
Dr. Cross and her staff are simply amazing!! I have hated going to the dentist since I was young due to some traumatic experiences. I had a ton of anxiety even scheduling the appointment. Walking in I was greeted by very nice ladies and the environment was so welcoming. Brandy is the best!!! Every time I've had to come in, Brandy has done such a great job making me feel at ease and comfortable, talking me through every single step. Dr. Cross is fantastic at what she does, always making sure you are OK and explaining what she is doing so there are no surprises. I am blessed to have found Thrive and cannot say enough great things about them. Thank you!!
I had a great experience at Thrive Dentist. Everyone was kind and accommodating from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist. I had a full exam and cleaning, and the entire team was very helpful and took time to explain everything. They were also extremely patient when my insurance changed last minute and I had to work it out in the waiting room. Dentist visits make me anxious, but they did a wonderful job keeping me calm and comfortable. Highly recommend!
I had an amazing experience with Thrive Family Dentistry. I came in during a dental emergency, and from the moment I walked through the door, the team was incredibly kind, responsive, and reassuring. They were able to see me right away, quickly assessed the issue, and explained everything clearly so I felt comfortable and informed. The staff was compassionate and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I left feeling so grateful for their professionalism and genuine care. I can’t recommend Thrive Family Dentistry enough. Especially if you ever find yourself needing urgent help. They turned a stressful situation into a really positive experience. Highly recommend!
