I cant say enough great things about this place! The staff and Dr. Thompson were amazing. They are very kind and highly skilled. The facility was clean and they made my very "dentist apprehensive girls" feel relaxed and comfortable. They were very thorough and clear on instructions and even followed up days after their procedures checking in on them. Highly recommend!!
Do not recommend. I had a surgery here for an implant and was already very nervous. They were three hours behind schedule! My appointment was at 9am and was not seen until noon! Surgeon was slamming instruments and belittling her assistants which made me even more nervous. 5 star surgeon where? Because its not here. No wonder they were so “short staffed”. My friend said she had a similar experience when she had her appointment a few days after mine. Office manager also had an attitude when I called to schedule my appointment.
Staff were amazing and took great care of me. Dr Thompson did a good job removing my wisdom teeth. During my consultation she explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and explained the risks in a way that wasn't scary. I would absolutely recommend her and her team to anyone needing dental surgery work
Dr. Thompson took great care of me when I had my wisdom teeth removed a few years ago, so I knew that when my baby needed a tongue tie clipped, I could trust her to take great care of him. She explained very clearly how the procedure goes, then worked with her staff to quickly and gently numb baby and clip the tie. As a first time parent, I was nervous to have this procedure done for my son, but don't regret it. They took the time to listen to all my questions and address any concerns. Dr. Thompson and her staff put us at ease. You can tell that she takes pride in her work and loves her job. My baby was able to nurse within an hour of the procedure and was able to latch more effectively after the procedure. Before it was clipped, we struggled for months with breastfeeding. I was able to continue nursing my baby.
I am a disabled vet and suffer from horrible PTSD. I needed to find an oral surgeon who would understand and take care of me and my anxiety while treating me for an infection I had. From the time I made my first phone call I was treated with respect and understanding. My Doctor was awesome. She took her time and treated me like a family member. I had my procedure done and did have some anxiety but it was treated in the office with care and respect. Because of the way I was treated I ended up not even needing pain medication. I can’t thank the team at TKR enough for the care and understanding they gave me. I will be following up with them for more treatment and know that I will be treated right. The kindness they showed me can never be appreciated enough. I would recommend this provider to anyone needing care. Thank you Doctor Thompson for all you did. And thanks to your team for all of your kindness. You guys rock!!!!!
