This morning’s dental visit was such a great experience. The doctor and staff were absolutely amazing. What stood out to me most was that you don’t just get a dentist, you get an entire team working together with care and professionalism. I left feeling informed, supported, and confident that I am truly in good hands. So grateful to have found this office!

Your people are a credit to their profession. All your staff has excellent customer service skills. The only event that bothered me was I wanted the price of the service. From the beginning I asked for an estimate and was told pretty much you pay what you pay and it shouldn't be about the money. Now that is fine and great for people who have insurance or work full time but I am a cash paying customer and I do consider the service price......sorry for the inconvenience and maybe if I was given a range or estimate of the price I would have felt not so put off. Thank u for asking me about my experience. It was different this visit.
Great Location! Very Kind & Welcoming Staff! Very knowledgable and honest about assessment. I had gone to another Implant Specialist prior and had a very bad experience. At Total Freedom Dental Implant Center, they took the time to explain the pros and cons of the implant and really thoroughly reviewed my x-rays with me. Wow! What a difference. Dr Kaiser & Allison were experts and gave me very thoughtful advice that will save me time and maintain my dental health!
I had my all on four upper and lower. From extraction of teeth to final fitting 24 hours post op, my experience has been awesome! Dr Kaiser and Eric are true artists, and the support staff are kind, caring and compassionate. I love my beautiful smile! I would highly recommend Dr Kaiser and Total Freedom to anyone wanting to perfect their smile.
