I am so pleased with the their implant treatment for over the last few years. When my temporary crown, last job at this office, needed to be repaired, the whole team came to work on it promptly and tried multiple times for my trip planned the next month. Throughout the trip, I could enjoy the food and was so grateful for their dedication above and beyond.
Dr. Alkanan is the best in Tri-Cities. My procedure was very complex and he did an amazing job. He succeeded where multiple previous procedures with other doctors had failed. I absolutely trust his expertise and recommend him.
From the moment you check in you feel Very welcome ! front staff Leslie was all smiles and very helpful Dental Assistant Enrique showing me my X-rays and to Dr. ALKANAN Periodontist explaining options of treatment and biller explaining me out of pocket dues . Left the clinic understanding clearly what the periodontal procedure will entail and expected outcome and recovery and bill.
I was pleased by the service I received. This was my first visit and Dr. Alkanan was very gentle and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend her to people with periodontal needs.
I was promised a callback on Friday, I did not get one, still in limbo. Update: After a miscommunication, we got things straightened out and Dr. got me in quickly and we were able to get my issue resolved so I could maintain my medical surgery schedule. Now looking forward to getting an implant.
