My first visit was amazing! The staff are very professional, courteous and efficient. Diagnostics are state-of-the-art. Dr. Engroff is incredible and made me completely at ease about my upcoming procedure.
I was there for evaluation. Dr Hanlan explained everything quite clearly. He went to lengths to contact my dentist to work out a rather involved to coordinate my care. The attending nurse had an exceptional energy and made sure I was comfortable. The financial person was respectful and made sure I understood the fees I am responsible fo pay. Overall the office staff worked together with a good spirit.
Professional, friendly, efficient experience. Couldn’t ask for more. Explained the procedure in terms I could understand. We decided together what kind of anesthesia to use (local). Answered my questions. Explained the procedure cost and billing process clearly. Even covered my parking!
Best facial surgeon ever. The implant operation was so good that there was no bleeding, no swelling or no pain. I didn’t take pain killers even once. Moreover, staff and nurses are super cool and treat you with utmost care. Highly recommend.
Wow! Disappointing to say the least! Only go there if they accept your dental insurance. Their billing department is horrible. Went in for what was called a “consultation “ yeah $300 was the cost. And they did x-rays to the cost of $110 which was not needed during a consultation visit. Pay before you leave their office then wait months for a very small reimbursement check since their $300 charge is ridiculous and their billing department is terrible. Wait months to get an appointment, then told at the consultation when I asked if I were to go ahead with what they thought needed done, they had an open appointment the next day! No thank you!
