Had a amazing experience with you guys super friendly n very professional.. Did a amazing job on my full mouth extraction, no bruising or pain the day after.. love love this place highly recommend them.. Thank u all soo much for making my experience there comfortable n not scary.. Dr.Radu ur thee best ❤️

Honestly extremely frustrating experience. Had an emergency referral sent on Thursday October 17th, I had it confirmed by a call back from my Dentist it was sent. I was given instructions to call back on the 18th, I called back the following Monday the 21st with no answer. I called again the 22nd and got an answer, the first woman told me they needed at least a week because she couldn’t see my referral anywhere. When I told her it was confirmed to be sent almost a week prior. She said they had a lot of emails and I needed to call back the end of next week. I said thank you and got off the phone. I spent some time thinking about it and decided to call back and ask if there was a way to setup an appointment just to get on the schedule and they can read my referral before that. I got transferred to a different woman, she was very helpful Lisa, she was able to find my referral in minutes. She told me October 31st they could get me in, I said okay great let me get that time off since it’s so soon. I had assumed they were booked pretty far out. She said no problem I’ll tell my girls to not book anyone for that day and you call me back in 10 minutes. I called her back in 4 minutes with approved time off and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. I left two voicemails that day. I left 3 voicemails Wednesday. I left 2 voicemails Thursday. Today is Friday- 6 days until my “appointment” and I have not been able to get a single person to answer the phone or return a call, send a email, nothing. I’ve called 2-3 times a day for 5 days trying to get ahold of anyone and cannot get them to answer the phone. I called 4 times today and didn’t get anyone. I am going to find a different oral surgeon which is a bummer because I was recommended to this Doctor many times. However not being able to get a call back or a email, anything, after 9 voicemails is extremely frustrating. I hope nobody else has to experience this while being scared of an emergency oral surgery. Very disappointing unfortunately.

Just had my first experience here and it was amazing, from the first encounter with staff all the way to the surgeon.
