Staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and provides individual attention needed. Dr Bartel is very kind and makes each visit pleasant and pain free. He explored and discussed with me less expensive, less invasive options before just doing a procefure which was very appreciated. Best Dentist anywhere!
I took my daughter in to get a second opinion about something bothering her. I loved how quiet and clean the office was and how quick we were taken back. The hygienist that took care of things before the dentist came in was thorough and sweet. One of the most thorough hygienists we’ve seen in a long time. I appreciated Dr. Troy for listening to my concerns and helping me address them with my daughter. We loved our experience and my husband I will go to be going to this office from now on.
I am SO HAPPY I got a 2nd opinion from Troy Bartels DDS!! 😁 Went from my first dentist saying, "You must immediately get $5k worth of crowns and dental work. Let's schedule you an appointment for next week to get started. Here, sign this contract--QUICKLY!"... ...to Dr. Bartels' 2nd opinion: "You know, I see some early, early signs of cavities. This tooth here will eventually need a filling, but that could be a year from now--or three years from now. Take good care of your teeth and we'll address any future issues as they come." Dr. Bartels actually included me in the process, showing me which teeth he was talking about on the 3D X-rays. He also recommended a night guard to prevent likely damage from teeth grinding. He even showed me which jaw muscles I should check for stiffness in the mornings, as a result of the grinding. He took the time to have a face-to-face conversation with me and inform me about how to best care for my teeth. He was extremely humble, kind, and attentive. Thank you Dr. Bartels for all that you do for your patients & the Jonesboro/NEA community. ❤️🦷
Dr. Troy Bartel has been my dentist for several years. His staff is the most courteous group I’ve ever dealt with. They are very professional yet so nice. I don’t ever want to have to go to another dentist.
The office staff is always so warm and friendly! Danielle, my hygienist, always does a great job! Dr Troy is always pleasant and concerned about what I want. He is excellent with his work and is even a little humorous with it. It takes the edge off. My experience with this Dentist office is top tier. So, get in to see them! Make your appointment! Let Dr Troy and his staff take care of you! You won't be disappointed!
