Hello, my name is Eileen. I posted a review about a month ago. Which is below. I wanted to commend TruBlu Dentistry how they have made my situation better. Michele from the office called me within a couple of days. We were able to rectify my dilemma in an efficient and timely manner. I feel much better about how things ended up. I’m able to get the needed work done on my teeth. I have always had a positive experience with the dentists all other staff members. I look forward to continuing my oral care with TruBle Dentistry! Thank you for taking the time to read my review. My name is Eileen. I just wanted to let people know how my situation was handled. When I called to make an appointment to have a crown put on they asked for my insurance information and I gave it to them. I’ve been coming to true blue dentistry for probably approximately 14 years. And have had several crowns done over the years. First, I was told that with the insurance that I had it would be 200 or $250 for the co-pay. I asked why? They said because of the way the insurance was. It’s the same insurance as before, and I didn’t understand. They then spoke to the office manager, who said that they would bill it differently and so it would be covered at 100%. I was overwhelmed and happy. However, I was then when I arrived for the day of the appointment told that my insurance did not cover it and that I owed $450 co-pay. Needless to say if you’re anything like me, we don’t have $450.00 sitting around. She said that it was my responsibility to get the information regarding getting the dental work done not theirs. Then why did they ask for my insurance information? They would not even work out a some sort of a payment plan for me so that I could get it done and pay over several months. I wouldn’t waste my time going there. I was very satisfied with how the staff handled the situation and by the way I was treated. Please go someplace else.
Absolutely amazing experience every time I visit! Dr. Priscilla is not only incredibly skilled and professional but also genuinely kind and compassionate. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you feel completely comfortable throughout your visit. I always feel like I’m in the best hands with her. A huge shoutout as well to my hygienist, Payton — she’s fantastic! Super gentle, thorough, and always so friendly. She makes cleanings feel quick and easy, and I really appreciate her attention to detail. The entire team at the office is welcoming and efficient, and the environment is always clean, modern, and relaxing. You can tell they truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to make every visit pleasant. Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for a dentist who combines professionalism, warmth, and top-notch care. Dr. Priscilla and Payton are the best!
Súper nice staff!! Dr.Priscilla and the assistants we’re super nice and helpful, Peyton the hygienist did such a great job on my cleaning. Michelle did excellent on helping me understand everything and answering all my insurance questions. They are all very helpful and welcoming! Will definitely recommend
