My experience with True North Oral Surgery has been exceptional. From the moment I entered the clinic the receptionist and medical staff sought to assure my comfort. Appointments have been on time and carried out quite professionally. Dr Vollmer and his assistant Jenny were particularly attentive to my comfort and assuring that I understand the extraction and implant procedure and after care. I highly recommend True North.
Great experience. Was very nervous going in. But I have no recollection of my procedure. Got the IV, told a joke, then woke up all finished. Also much less pain than I expected. Extremely great surgeon and staff was super friendly and professional as well. Would definitely recommend these guys! No pain!!!
Dr. Vollmer and team did a wonderful job with my son’s wisdom teeth extraction and my 13-year-old daughter’s molar extraction. Everyone was caring and patient, explaining the procedure, what to expect, and how to care for each of them when we got home. I can’t think of a single thing they could improve on.
True North exceeded my expectations for oral surgery with an extraction and an implant! Dr Vollmer is incredible! He tells you what to expect and provided superb patient care These procedures are highly complicated and you need the care and expertise of Dr Vollmer Aaron Jorgensen
I wasn't with my Mom for her procedure . My Mom and Sister said it was a very positive experience all around. Dr. Vollmer and all the staff I met at the consultation were very pleasant and professional and thorough. Thank you so much for such a positive experience for our 93 year old Mom. Kudos to all of the staff.
