I went in for a cleaning as a new patient and I had the best welcoming and excellent service! The staff creates a friendly environment, great quality service and clean. They gave detail in what my health insurance covers and knowledgeable with future treatment. Majority dental offices are dull, but I can tell the staff here enjoy what they do and are evident at showing it!
This place was amazing. They were so personable while also staying completely professional. The entire process of getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted was so well explained to me and they made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The anesthesiologist, Leigh-Anne, she was fantastic. She explained everything that I would feel and helped me understand how the healing process would go with all my meds. They have checked on me multiple times since my surgery just to make sure I was doing okay and always asking if I had any questions or needed anything. I absolutely would recommend this establishment to anyone needed dental work done.
The staff here is super friendly, and the dental assistants are both knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Han is incredibly professional and patient, always taking the time to answer all my questions. I was so impressed with the care I received that both of my parents are now patients as well. Their prices are more than fair, and I always feel confident that I’m getting honest, high-quality treatment. I’ve had extensive work done and couldn’t be happier with the results. If you’re looking for a dentist you can truly trust, you can feel completely confident choosing this office. This is my dentist from now on!
I had a fantastic first visit at Tru Smile on N. Lake Pleasant Rd. In Peoria. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly. I went in for a cleaning and consultation on dental implants. Dr. Han was through in his exam and took the time to go over my X-rays. He explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend them.
I was here for an initial visit based on a $59 coupon for X-ray, cleaning, and exam. My previous dentist was getting very expensive and I don't have insurance. X-rays were modern and not invasive. The hygienist Daniel was very knowledgeable, helpful and gentle. Dr. Han Choi explained what I needed thoroughly. The TS plan is reasonable and I will be saving a lot of money on my treatment plan.
