My 4yr old daughter went for her first dental appointment and it was such a great experience for her! From setting up appointments through phone with Molly(If I remember her name right) to going in the place which is very clean , and everybody is excellent with their customer service! My daughter is scared everytime we talk about going to the dentist, so as a Mama to make her feel comfortable and brave we watch a nice video on YouTube to help ease her mind! And it worked! Coz she did all the treatment she needed on her first dental appointment! The Dr's are excellent and really know what they're doing. And knows how to handle toddlers who can't control their emotions. Thank you Tupelo Smiles! BTW, I set up my whole family an appointment with them! Update: Whole Family finally got refreshed and well taken care by TUPELO SMILES! Specifically by Leah, Riley, Ginger and Madelyn who are so sweet and awesome! And to the whole Family's Dr - Dr. Carson!🫡 Everyone is professional , nice , and will make you feel comfortable! The service my family got is what we expected! Will definitely recommend it to our Family and Friends!
Happy Smiles is a wonderful dentistry! Throughout my years of going here, I have never had any issues! The workers are welcoming and willing to help you in every way possible. I was nervous being a new patient at Tupelo Smiles. Everyone there was so welcoming. Amy helped answer questions and Ginger was very gentle. Dr Russell was sweet and made me feel at home. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental office.
