This lab doesn't warranty their work or give you your money back. Attempted to do an all on 4 case with them and it wasn't even close to fitting. The surgeon couldn't even use the surgical guide they made and the dentures had at least a 10mm open anterior bite. The patient paid to leave with teeth in her mouth and it was impossible. I had to pay another lab to have dentures remade for her over the weekend to have ready on Monday to satisfy the patient. The surgeon even spoke with the lab and they still refused to give the money back from dentures and the surgical guide.
