The staff is always welcoming and professional. I have never had to wait for my appointment. The dental hygienist is professional and explains what she is doing. She also remembers my personal history such as my children and grandchildren. Dr. Carlson is caring and professional dentist. The office is clean and modern - even with massage chairs as you receive services. The entire staff makes you feel like family. I do not think you could find a better dental team.
Dr. Carlson and his staff are outstanding. The location is extremely convenient and easy to access. The office, waiting room, and patient rooms are excellent, modern, clean, and fresh. The practice administration does a wonderful job with their scheduling. I have never had a long wait or had to sit in the waiting room past the scheduled appointment time. Dr. Carlson is professional, but also very warm, friendly, and caring. He is both a great communicator and listener. Finally, the hygienist staff have been enjoyable to chat with during cleanings, and are gentle yet also very thorough. I highly recommend using the practice.
Dr Carlson and his Entire Staff are the most sincerely caring, professional people at any dentistry office I have ever been to. I take my mother who had extra medical needs there and treat her as their own family. Im very pleased with them and would highly recommend them to everyone one.
Dr. Carlson and the entire staff are the best. They treat their clientele like family. Unlike the case in many medical offices, there is no waiting. If your appointment is at 9:00, you are taken at 9:00. Should you have unexpected problems, you are seen right away. I recommend them without reservation.
Terrific office. Very polite and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Carlson is a skilled and well trained practitioner - a natural in his profession. I had a tooth break while I was away from home. I was able to arrange a prompt appointment with Dr. Carlson. I happily made the 3.5 hour drive back to Tuscaloosa to be seen by the best! Dr. Carlson and his staff have my strongest endorsement.
