Dr. Petersen and his staff are the absolute best I have ever dealt with. They care about their patients and listen to all their concerns and make your visit easier than any other dentist I have seen in my life. Highly recommend him and his staff!
Dr. Peterson and his dental staff are truly amazing! Very personal and professionals. Always greeted with a smile and a little visit. Ronise goes way out of her way on insurance claims & policies to get the coverages approved. Great team of people. I highly recommend them.
We love Dr. Peterson’s office. Tatiana is super attentive when cleaning teeth and always makes sure anyone in the chair is comfortable and in the loop with the whole process. Dr. Peterson is always so friendly and more than willing to answer any questions.
I am giving it 3 stars because Dr. Petersen and his staff were very kind when I came in about 7 months ago. Today I called about a payment my husband made for his routine cleaning which our insurance covers. Ronise was very kind and helped me understand the billing. I received a call from Ashlee about the questions I had a little while after, and I was trying to explain my concern. She kept cutting me off and talking over me. She didn't care she just wanted to argue. She said she had explained everything to my husband for 45 minutes and had to stay until 6, an hour after closing. She seemed very annoyed.
