Powered by GoogleAfter my dentist I had used for years in Bryant messed up my front tooth And decided they didn’t take my insurance anymore ….I got an appointment here and they were able to fix it the same day! I cannot recommend this place enough! They were fast, efficient and very friendly. Please note - It did take a minute to find parking (UAMS is huge ) I suggest you park in one of the parking decks and plan to walk. Unless you can have someone drop you off and pick you up
Confusing directions for parking and unnecessary bs trying to figure out where you're supposed to be at
Had very bad experience first I was getting wisdom tooth pull , the dental assistant numb me up with cream plus numb by needle than my blood pressure and pulse went up . He said he want do part 2 give me more after I said no about getting me more numbing medicine because of my blood pressure. The doctor was ok .he got my tooth out but was rough he kept hitting my throat with instrument talking about he moving my teeth .That was the worst experience in my life
She is extremely busy, super nice but always in hurry and ignores your concerns. Most of the work is done by dental assistants. I complained about pain in my teeth after 5 attempts of temporary crown she kept saying oh you need bite adjustment. I was first told my crown will be 500$ and then later said it will need some base formation for additional 250$. After paying 700$ for crown, lab made the wrong size crown and she send me back with temporary crown. It was a pain altogether to get my care there. I was found to have a dental abscess under that teeth for which she kept doing bite adjustment. I’m very disappointed in her care.
My 1st visit to have xrays & start the process on getting my teeth fixed. The dental assistant, Angela, questioned the Dr and corrected him right in front of me as if he was her kid! They scheduled me to extract an infected tooth the next morning and told me that they'd have a plan ready to go over with me. They did not go over any pricing with me so when I got there they informed me I owed nearly $100. Got that worked out and I told the dental assistant (Angela I believe) that I wished they had went over all of that. She made excuses as to why they didn't, including that I probably asked questions and got them off track. Then she said that I should have called my insurance to find out... In a condescending voice. In the room I asked for laughing gas. She informed me it's extra out of pocket. I told her I wish she would have told me all of that the day before. She rudely snapped back that no office gives free dental services, talking at me like I was a child. She said she had to ask about it. She left the room and then she and the Dr came back. They never asked me if I still wanted me tooth extracted. They worked on the plan because they didn't have it done as I was told they would. When they finished, she said dismissed me to the front! I drove over an hour to have my tooth extracted because it is infected and the Dr was worried the day before! I walked out without that happening because they spent my appt time doing the plan that they were suppose to have done. I left feeling offended, dismissed, and frustrated! They are not competent in their jobs or at least the dental assistant wasn't!
