Ultra Dental with Dr. Singh has completely changed how I view dental care. In my 45 years of seeing dentists, I’ve never been treated with such professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. I get in quicker than any office I’ve ever visited, and every step of the process is clearly explained. Dr. Singh consistently goes above and beyond—not just with treatment, but with how he makes you feel heard and respected. His assistant, Tina, is the absolute best. She took time out of her day to make a personalized video for my 9-year-old, explaining why flossing is so important in a way he could understand and connect with. That kind of compassion and intentionality is rare. I truly feel at home here, and I’m incredibly grateful for both of them.

I want to thank Dr. Singh and his staff for the most outstanding and professional business practices I've ever encountered with a dentist's office. The staff, from the moment I walked into the office was respectful and courteous to my needs. I had a bridge placed where I had a tooth pulled years ago. It was always too costly for me to even think about having the work done. Dr. Singh's office accepted what the insurance company was willing to pay. Dr. Singh noticed that one of my old fillings was in bad shape so he removed the old filling and replaced it for me during the same visit. This wonderful group of people made my visits comfortable and easy for me...I was always a person who didn't look forward to a visit to the dentist's office! Thank you so much for the great care and tenderness I received from your staff and from you, Dr. Singh. Sincerely appreciative, Antonina (Nina) Greiman.

I came on here to do an honest review. I went to ultra dental for at least a year. Had many procedures done. The ladies at the front desk were nothing but kind and informative. As far as the rest… well, the doctor’s bedside manner was not comforting. The dentist is already a scary place for people to go… and this did not help one bit. I was not informed of certain things being done, I was constantly having to ask questions and sometimes I didn’t feel heard. And the dentist was not very gentle. It was overall an uncomfortable experience. Also, some of the assistants complaining or not knowing what was going on was concerning. I decided that I wanted, and deserved service where I felt comfortable, and felt heard. After many attempts of kindly explaining my emotional discomfort as well as writing an email on Ultra dental website… and never receiving any feedback, I’ve decided to take my son and I elsewhere. One of the last things I’ve had done was a filling. After the filling I felt discomfort for quite some time. Like nerve damage. The pain went away then came back worse… and then I noticed an ulcer type bump on my gum above the tooth. (I brush Twice a day and floss multiple times a day). Not a professional, kind, or caring environment at Ultra Dental. And lastly, when the doctor walked in he requested that I give a 5 star review. At this time I was about to have dental work done, I kind of felt cornered or obligated to do so, which also… made me feel very uncomfortable. So I gave a dishonest review… so I came back to give my honest opinions about the facility. The two stars go to the ladies at the front desk.
