I had been there many times for years, but I was supposed to go back two years ago. Last year, in 2020, was the wrong time, and this year, in 2021, the good time to go there. I'm so happy that I need it for the dental exam, X-rays, and cleaning. The front desk is friendly, the restroom is cleaned, the waiting room is good, and a dental assistant is supportive and helpful. A dental doctor is friendly and courageous to do right the best for teeth as well. I can see that most of them are new employees to me than before, how's interesting. I'm very comfortable with them so far. I will be coming back there AGAIN. It was nice to be back.
It began when I made the initial phone call. The receptionist was friendly, polite and professional. I called again to see if I could get an appointment sooner because of my mom's issue. This time, I spoke with another receptionist that was also friendly, polite and professional. The day of my mom's appointment, we walked in and was greeting with a smile and, that same politeness and professionalism I received from my telephone conversations. The staff here is wonderful! The reception area is large and inviting. The dental rooms are spacious and clean. I can tell that the employees enjoy working here. My first time experience was EXCEPTIONAL!
I am really surprised by the reviews for United. I've been going there for 8 years and I love them. I know no one really likes the dentist, but I am very confused. I start going based on a colleague's recommendation, and they've been great right from the start. Great front desk staff - always accommodating for scheduling. I didn't even have dental insurance when I first had to go there for a problem, and they were really nice about working with me. I've had several dentists there and all have been efficient and effective. I had one dental hygienist that wasn't very careful and kept jabbing my cheek with that sharp straw thing, but I only had her twice and I've never seen her again. Everyone else has been great.
The entire office was awesome! The hygienist Melody was kind and professional, as were the front staff. I had gone to another office a month before coming here, they recommended I do an expensive deep clean, however, Dr. Boateng here at United Dental Group was able to see the tartar on my X-rays and gum line measurements and determine that that wasn’t necessary. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and professional. Strongly recommend!
I can't believe some of reviews and I have been going to them for about two years now. I must say that they have taken care of all my needs, my bills have been straight; because they give you a treatment plan prior to billing and I have been treated with nothing but patience and kindness. I was just there the other day and I was in and out with my cleaning and treatment and did not wait long at all. I believe all the bad has been weened out and we can not be responsible for everyone or their actions. We learn how not to be and do is the best we can.
