Too many cancellations of appointments for me one thing you can be certain of is that they will cancel your appointments and probably not tell you until you arrive. iIf you show up for an appointment and they have not told you they canceled the appointment they might tell you they canceled the appointment once you’re there. But you will have to wait for that information. And at that point they will blame you for showing up for a scheduled appointment that they made and informed you about and canceled without informing you . Can’t say much about the actual care because I never got that far. The person who does the scheduling is unprofessional and cares little about your time and costs of arriving to an appointment . This department is a poor reflection on the UR . So far I have had 4 appointments made and cancelled the only appointment kept was the first appointment where no actual care was received.
After having a less than pleasant experience with my extraction at a different oral surgeon, I was very anxious for the implant surgery. Not only did Dr.Ercoli reach out in the days prior to my appointment but he & the hygienist were beyond amazing with me. They took every effort and then some in helping me remain calm and comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I look forward to moving forward with the work to correct my smile.
I recently had some implants placed with Dr. Ercoli and could not be happier with the results. I was referred to him by an oral surgeon I had previously gone to. Dr. Ercoli was very thorough in explaining everything and making me feel comfortable. The total procedure was fairly quick & painless. The implants blend in with my own teeth perfectly and very comfortably. Dr. Ercoli and his entire staff, from the front desk girls to his assistants, are very professional, friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Dr. Ercoli and his practice.
I am very pleased and impressed with the quality of the work performed by Dr. Carlo Ercoli for the tooth extraction and implant completed last week. Dr. Ercoli has an outstanding “dental chair side” manner, which made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. He explained what he was doing during the process, which I appreciated, and he was continually asking if I was comfortable or if I had any issues. The nurse, Audra, assisted throughout, and explained what I needed to do post-op and when I was home. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. I highly recommend Dr. Ercoli and staff for your periodontal health.
Dr chocoladokis is the most skilled and talented doctor who has ever cared for me. He has taken care of my dental issues since 2011. I have always been pleased with the work he did, and the skill displayed in making my dental comfort his priority . Thank you sir, and may you enrich many more people's quality of life.
