This review is long overdue! I’ve been coming here for over five years, and I can’t say enough about how amazing everyone is. From day one, I was treated like family by Dr. Boucher, Brittany, Lauren, Sammy, and the entire team. I could honestly fill pages describing how wonderful my experience has been! When I first came in, my teeth needed a lot of work (8+ crowns, periodontal treatment and much more). They immediately created a treatment plan, and now my teeth and gums have never felt better. They always go above and beyond. Most of my emergencies happened on weekends or holidays, yet I was always taken care of right away. I still remember one Thanksgiving when I had severe tooth pain that affected my whole face. Even though Dr. Boucher was out of town, she personally answered my call, coordinated with Brittany, prescribed antibiotics, and got me in the very next day for treatment (which ended up being an extraction). I recently moved out of state, and I know I’ll never find another dental office that feels like home the way this one does. Everyone here is welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. If you’re looking for any kind of dental work, don’t waste time searching, this is the place to go.
I interacted with three team members. First, I was greeted by Brittany who is the office manager. She is very organized and competent. No doubt all the insurance inquiries/scheduling challenges can be a bit overwhelming. Brittany is patient. Next , Julia was the dental hygienist who “worked me over”. I certainly felt that she was very experienced. Julia was pleasant to converse with! Finally, it was really nice to meet and be examined by Dr. Grams. We discovered that my daughter teaches ESL in the Pulaski School District where Dr. Grams was raised. She is a great addition to the practice! It was meant to be.
The professional level of University Hills Dental is outstanding. I have been focusing on maintaining my teeth here since last year. Dr. Liberty Boucher is very knowledgeable. Under her guidance and encouragement, I successfully had my wisdom teeth removed in February this year, which had been causing me pain for many years. At the same time, I am very grateful to Julia for her long-term cleaning and maintenance of my teeth. She is very meticulous and considerate. Also, I am very grateful to Lauren for her smiling guidance and appointment arrangement. She is very organized and every time I have any questions, she can help me answer them in a timely manner. Finally, thank you all again for your help!
The best dental care in Madison, Dane county. Honest providers with a professional staff. They run a tight, if your apt is at 2 they will see on time or early! If you want a health mouth and don’t want a bunch of unnecessary stuff this is your office. Straightforward folks with good heats.
I can't say enough good things about University Hills Dental and Dr. Liberty Boucher. From the moment you walk in, you feel the warmth and professionalism of the entire team. Dr. Boucher and her staff are amazing dental artists – their skill is truly impressive, and you can tell they care deeply about their patients.
