Dr Davis did my extraction! He was very sweet and answered all of my questions and assured me that he would do his best to make it as smooth as possible. He had my tooth removed and I was on my way home in less than five minutes!! Wait time was a 5! Customer service was a 5! Megan was the lady in the front who handled all of my payment and application information, she was so helpful and pleasant!! My overall experience was the best!!
Staff extremely courteous and accommodating. Dr Davis performed oral surgery. I was a little cool and asked for a blanket. Received a HEATED blanket and it made all the difference in the world. If my chair was ever to be adjusted, they would always state their upcoming action and why. I couldn’t have asked for any better service.
Dr. Link & all team members are top notch. The entire team is friendly & professional. Everything was explained clearly, so I knew what to expect. My surgery was a breeze and I had minimal pain that was well controlled with my prescriptions. I highly recommend.
Dr. Loeb tried to use local anesthetic 6 times. I was still not numb for wisdom tooth removal. I felt rushed. He had no clear plan on what should be done next on pregnant patient. I was already cut and bleeding with this unsuccessful attempt to remove .I overheard his staff speaking to a post anesthesia care patient saying " wake up we got more patients". The Surgical Tech and Dr. Loeb appeared upset about me not being numb. I felt anxiety and faint from the whole experience. I could barely walk no offers of a wheelchair till I almost collapsed walking out. Family member caught me.I subsequently went to UAB Oral Surgeons who removed wisdom tooth and failed root canal with just local anesthetic.Their patience, confidence, and planning noted and appreciated. The office was contacted to send records to UAB they never sent them. Repeat Xray and CT of the head had to be done due not receiving those records. My pain tolerance no different than anybody else being African American. Please plan do better with your patients who put their trust in you.
I only share reviews if I am really moved to do so. I have nothing but Good things to say… this Oral Surgery office is so very pleasant to go to, even when you don’t want to have too! Everyone the Front office to the dental assistance & the Doctor. They are kind & professional. I could not imagine having a more pleasant experience . I would not hesitate to recommend anyone that has a dental crisis going to them! I have been completely satisfied 👍
