I had to have a tooth pulled. The support staff was amazing. I was super anxious but she helped to put me at ease. The dentist who pulled my tooth was a little too young for my liking (inexperienced). But my follow up with Dr. E was great. He went above and beyond to make sure my healing process went smoothly. I highly recommend this practice.

It was a difficult experience due to my having Parkinsons. I also have sinusitis that was dripping down my throat with the saliva, blood and novocaine. I believe I had 8 teeth removed. I've had several extractions in the past. So, I knew basically what to expect. Dr. Grisham DMD, had extracted a tooth from me prior to this and I was confident and reasured in his ability and experience. I had no anxiety or fears. The numbing of the roof of my mouth and jaw was difficult and painful, but expected. I attempted to stay as still as possible but with my condition my dyskinesia and tremor was very difficult for me and I felt an uncontrollable urge to cough up the swill of tooth fragments, blood, novocaine, nasal mucous, water tube, water and air tube, the doctors fingers. I have also been fighting a resistant Candida and or Thrush tongue infection. I am pleased with the patience and professional manner in which Dr. Grisham and the assistants conducted themselves during the procedure was commendable. And I would highly recommend them to others needing dental procedures. At my request Asst. Linda helped me keep my head still and completed the procedures. I might have a part of a tooth left in my upper left gum.

Excellent customer service. Explained options thoroughly. Very impressed & following up them for a prior dental surgery from another surgeon's office I had held off on completing.
