We had the best experience with Dr. Summers! My son has severe dental anxiety and was originally referred to be sedated for his extractions, but she and the sweet assistants were able to gently and efficiently do the work with only nitrous! I appreciated that they didn’t immediately rush to sedate as the first option even though they are oral surgeons. They were so kind and patient and gave him breaks if needed and I just am so grateful for the level of care we received!
Exceptional experience! My daughter was super nervous and ate after midnight but Dr.Summer and Brooke took great care of her provided a warm ,professional , quick and courteous experience! we will return and highly recommend! The office is nice neat and clean! Lily at the check out was also very nice and friendly! If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would!
Dr. Summers took her time explaining to us in detail what is involved w getting veneers/a bridge for my grown daughter, who has a cleft lip. Dr. Summers was very patient, kind, knowledgeable and understanding of my daughters fears. Her staff was so kind and understanding as well. Our consultation went well and we left there feeling relieved rather than worried and anxious. Thankful we were referred to this office.
I took my daughter her that is 7 years old for an extra tooth on her palate that needed to be removed and we had Dr. Summers. She did amazing with my daughter. Dr.Summers took her time numbing her to make sure she didn’t feel a thing. Definitely an amazing experience and Nichole did great . Front desk was great and the back was friendly as well.
I had an amazing experience at Upstate Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery! The entire team was professional, kind, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. I especially want to give a huge shout-out to Teshia — she was absolutely wonderful. She explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and treated me with so much care and patience. You can tell she truly loves what she does.
