Really great team of people here! Customer service is top-notch, everyone is kind, compassionate, and caring. Dr. Long did a wonderful job with my implant, he’s really skilled master in his expertise and I had zero issues with procedures! Would highly recommend others trust them for your dental implant needs!
There are moments in life when we are informed of news that we’d rather forget, like being told by your dentist and friend that you’ve split your tooth in half. Hearing the words that you’ll need to have an extraction and an implant felt like getting hit in the face with a 2x4, so the series of events that followed and the people involved were critical. In my case, a strong referral led me to Dr Long and his team at Utah Implants & Periodontics. And situations like these—people make the difference. Bri & JaNae’s support and care at the front desk offered an initial peace of mind. This was followed by an incredible consult with Dr Al Long in which he patiently gave his time, energy and knowledge, furthering said peace of mind. These events, in tandem with an understanding of the procedure and Dr Long’s passion for his work, provided the ultimate confidence in this team. Equally noteworthy was Dr Long’s patience in a collaborative Q&A before surgery as well as his calming approach, during the removal, in which he is guiding your senses with updates step-by-step. No surprises—just kindness and support from Dr Long’s and his amazing assistant, Cat. Bravo!
We visited and consulted with Dr. Long after we had already started the implant process (put $ down) with another dentist. He patiently explained everything that was going to happen, validated costs, and gave his honest opinion of the proposed treatment plan. He was kind and professional and we honestly would have switched over to him if there wouldn’t have been a financial loss at that point. Highly recommend Dr. Long for his professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to above and beyond.
Dr. Long and his staff were amazing! They did a wonderful job on my gum grafts. They were always willing help and answer any questions I ever had. I hope I don’t have to get anymore gum grafts done, but if so Dr. Long is where I’ll be going and recommending any family and friends to do the same.
Dr. Wood and his staff went above and beyond expectations on my consultation. He spent a significant amount of time with me, never rushed, and was extremely considerate. While the treatment necessary ended up being something outside of his wheelhouse, he was extremely responsive and helpful in getting the outcome I needed. It was very clear he takes care of his patients.
