Dr. Burton has always taken care of my family. My son had his wisdom teeth out recently and had a great experience. Pain was handled with over the counter medication only. My Dad recently had an implant placement. Dr. Burton takes good care of everyone he sees and they leave happy!
Dr Burton has removed all eight of our children. Every one has been the best experience. We have had friends that have gone to their dentist or someone and they had a horrible experience and been swollen and in pain for weeks. Not once have we had an experience like that. I HIGHLY RECOMMED DR BURTON AND UVOS
While I might give a higher rating for the actual treatments itself, after having 2 kids with surgeries here 2 weeks apart, the office procedures are a complete disaster. They rescheduled both procedures over and over, both the day before AND the day of, because "the doctor doesn't like gaps in his schedule." My son's wisdom teeth extraction was rescheduled from 8 am, to noon, to 3 pm, to 1:30 pm, to 2:30 pm. ALL THE SAME DAY. It was an absolute joke. They also forgot to call in his pain medication the day of the surgery, and the on-call doctor refused to call it in because my son was not his patient, so he was in excruciating pain that night until the office opened again the next morning. They rescheduled my 9 year old daughter's procedure twice (once the day before, then again the next morning). The staff is friendly enough and the doctor was fine, but they don't respect your time at all and are completely unhelpful if something goes wrong after hours. I wouldn't recommend them to a friend or family member for these reasons.
Dr. Burton is very professional and easy to work with. I’ve had several implants done at his office and always successfully completed. I would recommend him and his staff for dental work.
Both me and my twin brother have been regulars for Doctor Burton and his staff for many years now. That being said, I'd like to give all of those who helped me a couple of weeks ago special thanks. Doctor Burton is a phenomenal oral surgeon and a man who has integrity. Cindy is friendly and a wonderful receptionist. Kaila showed me genuine interest and caring. Finally, Karol is kind and empathetic.
