This was my first time here and I had not been to the dentist in a while. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. From the front desk, to the techs, to the doctor, to the check out desk. Everything was clean, they made everything clear and asked about my preferences. They took the intentional time to get to know me and make a personal connection. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist! They also use the most up to date technology so your visit is as efficient as possible!
I highly recommend Valdosta Family Dentistry. I had a wonderful experience at this office. The staff is warm, welcoming, and very friendly, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The hygienist and dentist were both knowledgeable and professional, and they took the time to make sure I felt like a valued patient. I also appreciated that their equipment and technology are up to date. Overall, it’s a very professional environment with a caring team. I would definitely recommend this practice.
Great staff and really enjoyed my first visit. First dental office to give me a tour and a gift for my first visit. They were very patient and informative with me. Everyone from the front desk to the dental assistant to the actual dentist were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. This will definitely be my new dental home.
Today was my first time coming to Valdosta Family Dentistry and it was the best. The staff were friendly, my hygienist was amazing and the dentist was sweet. I have never been to a dentist and received a tour, a goodie bag, and a chance to share a bit about myself. I was given a nice warm welcome and I loved it. My hygienist took the time to show and explain to me what was shown on my X-rays which I very much appreciated. Best experience by far! ☺️
I called Dr. Black’s office with complaint of pain. I was asked to come in a few hours later, greeted by such a pleasant, grand professional staff and waited maybe 5 mins before I was called to see Dr Black! Visit was started, everything was explained to me, no fear about how the procedure was to be performed, they made me comfortable from start to finish! Dr Black is so kind and friendly, really puts his patients at ease!! His new assistant ( sorry about spelling), “Fonza” was awesome making me feel right at home with his friendly, professional and delightful personality. Front staff very nice and polite! I just can’t say enough about Dr Black and his staff, I give them all props for great team work! Thank you so much, Junie B.
