Friendly staff, both dentists and hygienists explain any concerns or processes in detail to you. Easy to schedule with them (text reminders and confirmations), and they’re willing to work with most insurances. I’ve been coming here for a while now, I’m procrastinating switching to a dentist in Eau Claire (where I live) because I enjoy the care and precision they exhibit here. I’ve had Whitney for a couple of my last cleanings and she’s great, super bubbly, really knowledgeable, and very sweet.
They do a great job of explaining cost/insurance and what you might expect to pay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean environment. Definitely returning for care in the future. Recommended my dentist to husband and another family member.
I came in for a cleaning and Michelle always does a fantastic job. The dentists are able to answer my questions about certain procedures I need done in the future and the check in/check in staff are very knowledgeable too. I couldn't imagine having my dental care anywhere else and don't feel nervous to go in anymore after bad experiences at other dental offices. Thank you everyone at Valley Dental for being so welcoming and amazing!
I had my first appointment yesterday in a long time and I had to bring my baby with. The staff was so nice and accommodating with having to bring him along. Jessica my hygienist made my teeth feel brand new and really took great care of me! So glad we went with Valley Dental!
I have struggled to find a dentist. I got a referral from a co- worker to Valley Dental. Dr. Eppolito was awesome. I have never had a dentist come in first thing and spend the time Kate did. Usually the hygienist will provide an update and the dentist briefly exams my mouth. Dr. Eppolito was very thorough. I had a permanent lower retainer that broke. I had cement on the back of my teeth. After my cleaning she not only removed the cement but further had discussion about my care. Now, my hygienist Jena was awesome! This was the most thorough my teeth have ever been cleaned. She really spent the time! Also, I was late since I had a sick kiddo. Jena was kind enough to wait! Can say enough at how well I was treated! Don't hesitate they are great!
