This entire staff is truly wonderful. Both providers are exceptional dentists and genuinely kind people. They care deeply about their patients and our community. Many parents lean toward a pediatric dentist when their children are young, but I highly recommend taking your entire family to Valley Edge Dental. They are outstanding with children, and you can establish care for your whole family in one location. My 10-year-old son has significant dental anxiety. I’ve never seen him react so strongly to anything in his life, and I truly worried he would need sedation for any future dental work. The day finally came when he needed fillings. Dr. Joe and McKenna did an incredible job calming him and talking him through every step. Their patience and kindness made him feel safe and cared for. An appointment that began with tears and uncontrollable shaking turned into a calm, easy visit. He left with a smile on his face and isn’t scared to go back. Thank you, Valley Edge Dental, for being an amazing office that I trust with my whole family.
Dr. Joe and the team at Valley Edge Dental are top notch. They did such a good job taking care of my daughter. Daughter had a bridge put in where her missing should be and she left Valley Edge Dental with a confident smile on her face. The “fake” tooth was perfectly matched to her real teeth. We are now in the process of discussing a permanent implant and we can’t think of a better team to help her out with the permanent solution for her smile. Dr. Joe and team were professional, caring, thorough, and gentle. We’ve lived in multiple different cities and have had many different dentists, and by far, Valley Edge is the best dental clinic we have experienced. I’d give 100 stars if I could. If you’re looking for a dentist in the Eau Claire area, I highly recommend giving them a call.
The office is so well decorated you forget you're at the dentists office! I'm not a fan of dentists, but everyone there was very welcoming, non-judgemental, supportive, and super sweet! Dr. Joe really takes time to explain everything in detail and Briana is an amazing and friendly hygienist 😊 I believe I've finally found my forever dental clinic! Thank you all so much!
All crews and doctor Joe are supportive, friendly with positive attitudes. However, due to tight spaces I can hear other patients talked with their doctors and to me that could jeopardize confidentiality. My constructive feedback is would it be feasible to have sound proof system in each of your room to reduce noises and hearing unwanted clients issues to increase privacy and confidentiality matters? Great staff! Love the Shooks and Nicole is amazing when she cleans my teeth. Thank you for a good dental experience. My wife and kids love coming here too. Highly recommend if you want a good time and want to feel safe at a dental office. :)
