Powered by GoogleResults were great (root canal). But they seem to squeeze as much money as possible from each client. First they did not give my daughter the option to decline nitrous oxide. Yes, we had been asked about it at the consult visit. We had said we wanted to think about it, and in doing so had decided against it. They administered it anyway and charged us without asking if we had decided to use it. Then, for the follow up 6-month check, I wondered if it was even necessary. I called to ask and they said at the 15min appointment they would take some images the doctor would look at later. I asked if we could do it somewhere else, closer, as we live 30min away. She said sure, but we had already paid for it there. So we took 2 hours out of our day (and school) to go. After the appointment they said they would bill insurance. I said I thought it had been prepaid for. They said they do not collect in advance for that appointment. I said I literally called to ask and was told they had. I would not have made the appointment if it was an additional charge. Maybe I called somewhere else they said. Really? Luckily insurance should cover it in full but I was furious.
Can’t assess the dental care because I never got past the rude and unprofessional staff. Our communication ended when they texted me that they had “shredded my referral”!!! It would have been funny if my tooth hadn’t been throbbing… Do not recommend
I had my first root canal and Dr Wilson was great! I was in pain and headed on a trip soon and they got me in quickly. My injection and treatment was painless and Dr Wilson’s care was gentle. Kendall his assistant was kind and worked well with Dr Wilson. Thank you Dr Wilson and Kendall for your amazing care.
Five stars to Dr Wilson. He is super knowledgeable and has a calming presence. But I have to take off two stars because of the front desk, specifically Stacy. She needs some help. She is forceful, interruptive and generally unpleasant, both over the phone and in person (especially in person). That’s not acceptable in the medical field. I was warned by a friend about the staff, and I count at least five poor reviews here simply because of her. I am guessing she is related to the doctor somehow, otherwise she would have been let go by now. It’s surprising that anyone like her would be trusted to deal with the public, especially after all the negative feedback. This place could be great if Stacy weren’t in the picture. Regardless of that, I hope she can get the help she needs to be a better human being. None of us are perfect and we all have bad days. But it sounds like there is a pattern here.
Poor standards of care. Staff extremely unprofessional. Rude. Lacks empathy. Failed root canal procedure has left me in pain for 5 months. No solution offered, strung along and neglected for 5 months, calls not returned. Avoid at all costs.
