What an amazing place, I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed yesterday by them and have nothing but good things to say! Firstly thank you Dr. Lam and his assistant Monique, they took excellent care in me and I had 0 worries from the confidence of Dr. Lam that the procedure that the procedure would go smoothly. I highly recommend if you're looking for any dentistry work to be done (FYI I live 2 and half hours away and would make the drive back just because of the care alone). Second the follow up call was done the next day compared to a week later with some places. They seem to actually care about their patients. I won't write a book but this place is 100% worth the stop if you need to visit a dentist.
this was such a great experience for me! i just got my wisdom teeth removed , first time ever being sedated and i was quite nervous. dr.lam was absolutely perfect!! he made sure i was comfortable, asked questions & the best part was the follow up call:) made me actually feel like he cared and genuinely wanted to make sure i was doing okay. i will recommend this place 1000 times again and again. one of the best offices ever!!!
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Surpure and his team. I took my daughter to the Flagstaff, AZ office for her wisdom teeth after finding out that her insurance would not cover removing them. They gave me an amazing discount, which was so appreciated, as I am a single mother. However my review is not about the money spent. It is about the amazing experience with people that truly care about their patients. If you are looking for a Doctor that will treat you as a person rather than a case this is the office for you. My daughter’s appointment was the last one of the day. She had a reaction to the sedation and rather than saying he could not finish they stayed an extra 3 hours to use a different sedation for her. It was very clear that Dr. Surpure wanted to take care of my child and that he really cared about her well being and easing her pain. His staff went above and beyond with her. They held her hand and comforted her as if she was family. You can not go wrong going to this Doctor. I highly recommend him.
I was seen by Dr. Surpure for removal of my wisdom teeth which had been causing me pain. He went through the entire process with me. Dr. Supure answered all my questions and made me much less nervous about the procedure. He and his staff were very caring, making the whole office visit an overall pleasant experience. Dr Surpure and his staff followed up with me the day after my procedure to make sure I was doing well. I would definitely recommend Grand Canyon Oral and Facial Surgery for any of your oral surgery needs.
I live in Flagstaff, Arizona Have been a resident since 1987 On May, 6 2021 I had to have an emergency Tooth 🦷 extraction. I was referred to this amazing Doctor and his assistant Jenny. It was late in the day, I was extremely exhausted after being seen by 2 other great dental doctors and staff. Miss Jenny & the Doctor took me right in, again it was late in the day. I was set to have an appointment with this facility the next day @ 1:00 pm I was in great pain & new I had a serious infection that was affecting my declining health After spending many years in the medical profession, I have never experienced the kindnesses, compassion, & professionalism This team displayed. This practice could have made me wait until my appointment the following day....... I have never had the phenomenal care as I had with Jenny Berntsen & the Doctor at this facility After the tooth extraction, Jenny helped me outside with all my gear & I had a lot.. This team went way above & beyond to take care of me. Had they not extracted my tooth on such short notice, I would have ended up in the hospital I will forever be grateful to Grand Canyon Oral & Facial surgery in Flagstaff......
