I had a great experience today. The staff and dentist were very friendly and informative. It was a very positive experience. I already have an upcoming appointment and am looking forward to the great service I experienced again. I will be recommending Valley Oral & Facial Surgery to anyone who needs their services.
Wish I could give less stars. I had a cracked wisdom tooth pulled and it needed to be drilled and broken out. Pretty rough go but Ok. Felt fine for a week. Pain at a 2 or 3. Advil worked. A week later I was in so much pain. Jumped to an 8 or 9. And I know pain after major back, knee and shoulder surgery. I went in they said it was just dry socket. Charged me 45 bucks for a tube of goo that did nothing. After 3 or 4 days no change and my jaw was locking up. They just sold me another 45 dollar tube if goo....that you can get from Amazon for 21 dollars. Another week went by I went in again and forced them to do an x rays for fractured jaw. Nothing showed on the x ray. They want to sell me another tube of goo and said it will get better. 4 days later I went to the walk in. Abscess or infection. Gave me some antibiotics and said I will feel better in 48 hours. It did. The pain dropped back to a 2. 3 weeks of excruciating pain and 100 bucks of goo got fixed in 2 days with 5 dollars in antibiotics.
We highly recommend Valley Oral & Facial Surgery! All of the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Dr. Schneider has an incredible bedside manner, and Brooke went above and beyond to make sure my son had a great experience. We couldn’t have asked for better care!
As a person who has some severe dental anxiety and put off getting my four wisdom teeth removed so years, I cannot recommend Valley Oral & Facial Surgery enough! The team was amazing, the process was so easy, and the surgery was simple, and the recovery was smooth! The team followed up with me the days after to ensure I was recovering well which was an appreciated extra touch. I highly recommend Valley Oral & Facial Surgery!
Very welcoming office and staff. You feel taken care of from the minute you schedule an appointment, texts reminders and the text on the day of the appointment with a link with gps directions was timely. You’re a guest once you’re in the office and care team is personable, knowledgeable and answers all questions prior to any procedure. Highly recommend.
