Today was my first visit at Valley Smile Care. I had a tooth that was concerning me. I was able to get in quickly and the "first time patient" process was painless. From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was very warm and inviting. My hygienist was very thorough, nurturing, yet professional through the process from bite wings to my fluoride treatment. Then there was Dr. Dunaway 😁. He was very genuine and you can tell he takes pride in what he does not only in commending others "good job" heard throughout but he cares about each patient and their needs. I highly recommend Dr. Dunaway and his superb team. I want to personally thank each of you for your kindness today and hospitality! Blessings to each of you! 💕🙏
I’ve been a patient here for about a year now for my regular cleanings, and I’ve always had a great experience with everyone in the office. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming. My most recent procedure was having my wisdom teeth removed, and Dr. Dunaway and his assistant Crystal made the entire process smooth and much less stressful than I expected. I really appreciated his honesty and fairness. I highly recommend this office!
I had a very pleasant experience at the dentist office today for a very unpleasant problem. First I was worked in an already busy schedule. Then I was treated as if I was the only patient they had to see. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and was helped with my paperwork. I was also rescheduled quickly for next procedure. Which is very good because I’m in a lot of discomfort. Dr Kirk explained to me about what needs to be done. I was so impressed by her kindness and willingness to help me out. This is definitely 💯 the place you would want to take yourself and your family to see the dentist. They even told me goodbye when I left. Such a personal touch! Thank you!
Thank You to the whole team for taking good care of me today, scheduled appointment for dental care. Front office was diligent in setting up my new insurance. Hygienist & Dr. K were super patient and kind because I am anxious dental patient. Pain management was great - minimal discomfort. Dr. fully explained future treatment options. I was able to ask questions & I was listened to regarding my concerns. Good to fully understand all of my options. I will be back next month for my remaining work.
Valley Smile Care staff is both professional and personable. You feel it the moment you enter the office, with the greeting and pleasant seating area. The specialist that I see every time is fantastic as an engaging person, and who does excellent work on my teeth with great attention to detail. I recommend Valley Smile Care!
