From my consult to my wisdom teeth extraction, the entire process couldn’t have gone any better! The entire team was extremely kind, and when I told them that I’ve never had my blood drawn or an IV put in, they made the process much more comfortable! I’m very grateful for the team I had caring for me, which they showed immensely.
If I could give no stars I would. Went for a consultation for my teenager and the assistant tried to get me to sign a consent form and discuss "pre procedure medications" before any images were taken, reviewed and before the doctor entered the room. I was put into full panic mode. We came to discuss treatment options... They wisked my daughter off for "more detailed imagining" without a thought for consent for that, which they didn't explain was a CT scan until after it was completed (the equivalent radiation of dozens or even hundreds of X-rays). To top it all off, I was charged $250 for the CONSULTATION. We will find another oral surgeon.
I can't comment on the surgical aspect of this center, but I can assure you, if you are looking for oral appliances, go somewhere else. This office wasted my time with two failed attempts for crafting an oral appliance for sleep aid, botching the molding process twice and creating frustration with follow up appointments to address the issues created by this office. I traveled pretty far to go to these appointments. Given the distance I needed to travel, to only be seen by Dr. Hardy for minutes at a time during numerous appointments that led to no relief, it felt like a slap in the face every time I traveled out to the office and the workers seem to be devoid of any sort of empathy. Stay far away from this office, they will waste your time and money, of which, they don't care about.
This place is a great place to go and the Dr. did a great job on wisdom teeth. With that said, in my recent experience, the itemized invoice that showed costs was way more that what the Doctor actually had to do- and the price stayed the same at the end of the day. I gave this poor review mainly because I feel the business did not lower the bill to what was actually done. (That's probably why they want you to pay for the procedure before it actually happens).
I’ve had two extractions, a bone graft, and an implant done by Dr. Andelin. I have a long history of dental issues & several providers & he is the very best. He is funny, kind, and immediately puts you at ease. No one wants to have teeth pulled but it really wasn’t bad. I also appreciate greatly his respectful discussion and willingness to alter the plan ie: I didn’t want to take oral antibiotics and we were able to find a safe alternative solution that worked for me.
