Our experience with Dr. Cormier-Lavoie was excellent. He and the rest of the staff were helpful, thorough, and kind. The procedure went seamlessly, and I thought the take home packet was well done. The front office team was also especially helpful trying to set up the appointments. We are so appreciative!

I was getting a blocked saliva gland removed and I got there I had to wait 1.5 hours in the waiting room. I was scheduled for 11 but they didn’t admit me till 12:15 and they were like “oh yeah we will be a few minutes.” Then, I went in and when she put the IV in she just went for it no counting down or asking or anything just boom (she also covered it with a normal plaster not a cotton swab/ medical tape like I’ve had before so the blood got everywhere and my sweatshirt was covered in blood. And then the doctor came (Dr. La) and another doctor and someone else and there were just so many people in this small room sticking their fingers in my mouth and prodding around and they couldn’t find the blocked saliva gland at first, and they were like hm we won’t be able to do the surgery we just have to make an incision and hope it comes out and they pulled out a very large needle and I was like what is that and this man literally sad “medicine” and I said no what is it and they were just being very vague and they also mentioned something about giving me ketamine like they were just giving me things and making decision and not asking or communicating it.

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Lavoie. Bottom two were severely impacted. If it weren’t for one of the nurses on staff I would’ve left before the surgery even started, and now that I am post-op, a lot of me wishes I had. Dr Lavoie is disgustingly egotistical and inconsiderate and gave absolutely no concern to my comfort of any kind. The office staff was incredibly hard to get ahold of with time sensitive post op concerns. The aftercare plan was so far below remotely acceptable. Overall horrendous and embarrassing experience.

From the second I walked into this office, for the first time, til the time I walked out., it was absolutely amazing!!! I even mentioned this to Dr. Hardy., I told him all his staff, that I dealt with was priceless! He was super nice too. I have to say, our world has changed ALOT over the past few years, and it's actually refreshing, and nice to have dealt with kindness, friendliness, and professionalism all in the same place, which I find VERY rare right now., so yes, I would HIGHLY recommend., as I am a very customer service oriented person, and they definitely are great! It was a pure pleasure doing business here!

I love coming to leave a review and seeing nothing but positive things said, and I’ll add another. My last few dentists have been very careless, and I came in today for an emergency that got goofed on my dentists end. I almost lost it, not gonna lie. But the nurse was amazing. She could tell I was at my wits end and made me feel better about not wanting to get an extraction while awake. She grabbed the doc, and had a chat and made me feel SOOO much better. Got a game plan in place, got my prescriptions all set, and snuck me in for Monday (3 days away). Both the nurse and doc really cared you could tell. My only complaint? As surgeons they can’t be my primary dentist 🤷‍♂️ But I’d come here every 3 months like clockwork if it were possible. Thanks all!
