The doctors, hygienist, and staff are super caring, very personable, and amazingly thorough in their care. Dr. Barndt and Dr. Merrick are both delightful people, and I actually look forward to my dental visits now! They make my husband and me feel very cared about, and take their time in determining the best course of treatment for any issues we may have, making sure to do what is best for us. We highly recommend Vermont Restorative Dentistry and are so glad we have chosen them for our dental care!
I had extensive work done with Dr. Katera Hopkins, DMD. Wasn't cheap, but comparable to other dentists doing similar kind of work (again, very extensive). Worth every bit, as I would have incurred additional expense traveling to anyone truly qualified for. All work was cost outlined ahead of time, and explained in great detail. The receptionists (both) were incredibly patient in organizing this. I dealt, mostly, with Wendy. All whom assisted Dr. Hopkins were extremely attentive, and qualified to assist. I dealt mostly with Donna, who was exceptional. Would recommend this practice highly for so many reasons too long to list. All staff very friendly. Office very welcoming and comfortable, especially the chairs: yes, this actually matters when you're there for 4 or 5 hours at a time. Also, worth mention - office (every single space) so clean, one could, literally, eat off the floor. Absolutely thrilled with the work done, and very impressed with the professionalism (all staff) from top to bottom.
Today I spent considerable time with Dr. Brandt discussing my complicated dental history. He was thorough, competent and candid about what he can achieve with the treatment he recommends. I recommend his services (along with his excellent staff) without hesitation or qualification.
My first experience at Vermont Restorative Dentistry was amazing. From the time I walked in and was greeted by Wendy to meeting Daniella who did my xrays with Lucille's help to meeting and chatting with Dr. Brandt. One of my least favorite things to do is to have work done on my teeth and my blood pressure usually gets pretty high the moment I walk in the door. It was actually perfect when checked!! I felt that everyone put a big effort into making sure that I was comfortable and that my visit went well. I so appreciated everyone's patience with me. Thank you Donna for the referral!
It’s hard to express the gratitude I have for the team at Vermont Restorative Dentistry. I’ve never worked with a group of more competent, dedicated, and empathetic professionals. Wendy, Donna, Lucille, Dr. Merrick and Dr. Dulebohn could not have provided better care. I’ve struggled with bad teeth for too long, and with their expertise and support they turned it around for me. I can now smile again for the first time in a very long time! And did I mention just how nice and fun these folks are? I’ve never left a dental office laughing & feeling as well cared for as I have working with this team! Thank you all so much!!❤️
