One of the best dental experiences I've ever had. All three receptionists i came into contact with were extremely helpful and welcoming ( both buildings ). You never experience good customer service like that any more! My Dental tech who did all of my imaging was the sweetest and very personable, which is a big score in my opinion. My Dentist (Devin Giron) was also just as personable and very inviting. He and she explained every move they made and made me feel very comfortable through out my whole visit. I will be returning
Manuel was fantastic. Very sensitive to my comfortability during my cleaning. As well as knowledgeable and gentle during the procedure. Probably the best hygienist/dental assistant (not sure which one) I have ever had clean my teeth. Dr Giron was friendly, fun and I felt extremely comfortable with him. Best of all they both were complimentary of my oral hygiene!!
From day 1, Vida Dental Studio is an amazing experience. Strange to say of a Dental office, but truly it is not just your regular office. My phone call to schedule an appointment was pleasant and helpful and not dismissive. The Front office staff has amazing ladies who go above and beyond to really help schedule and make a person feel comfortable. Treatment was unlike any other I have experienced at a dental office. Dr. Galen Detrik is an outstanding Doctor that is very meticulous and detailed and takes pride in his work and wants it done correctly. As a patient I feel confident when being seen by Dr Galen knowing that I don't have to be worried about my teeth, he sees what needs doing and does it and does it right! His team, technicians and dental hygienists are thoughtful and trained well. Lastly, I'll say that the technology at Vida Dental is state of the art, and I am so happy that I found a dentist office that I feel confident in and comfortable with for my dental needs now and into the future. Dr. Giron, I wanted to write to you and your amazing team at VIDA Dental Studio to thank them for an amazing experience this week. It started when I first called and spoke to Cindy, your office receptionist, who took the time to tell me why VIDA Dental Studio was the place to come for my dental work. I knew after speaking with Cindy that I was not going to pass up the opportunity to come in and consult with you about my dental situation, which had to be to be done by the end of the year (less than ten days). My wife and I enjoyed our consultation with you and your assistant. When you asked what date would work for us, and we said "tomorrow", we were both happily surprised and relived when you said that the date was available. We both appreciated how your team was able to work with us due to our lengthy travel time from our home to your office. Returning the next day to have two extractions seemed effortless on our part. The process went very well and I felt no discomfort during the extractions. On our drive home, we both talked about the extra concern, professional care and interest that you and each of your employees exhibited while we were there. Finding a dentist and dental associates who are caring, professional, and able to schedule me during the Holiday Season, was special. Thank you very much! I highly recommend this practice. My mother and I were driving from Austin to Colorado when my mother’s front implant broke. I called Vida right before we arrived in Santa Fe. I spoke to a very kind and knowledgeable receptionist. The dentist agreed to see us the very next day at 9:30a.m. My mother was seen, a mold was created and she had her temporary replacement was made within 2 hours. The cost was reasonable and we were able to break it up in four easy payments. This was extremely kind and considerate considering we were on vacation and my mother would have had to wear a mask the entire time to cover her smile. We are now looking forward to the rest of our trip! A big THANK YOU to Vida Dental Studio!!!
