This office is great and they do a good job with questions , customer service and even better dental service. I had my wisdom teeth consultation and extraction done here last week and I have never had a better experience and almost painless . I took the medicine they gave me anyways as prescribed but it surely wasn't needed after day 3 .I would Highly recommend this place ! I was nervous and all and they even play whatever music you like when in operation room . Tell em the cheesesteak man (what they called me lol ) sent ya !
Dr. Palma and the Vineland Office Staff were awesome! I needed a tooth removed due to complications and was referred here. After a consultation, the appointment was scheduled and then the tooth was removed without a hitch. I even received a followup call from the doctor himself!
I absolutely love this office!! I am so afraid of the dentist but Dr Franco just made me feel so relaxed. And his staff are just the greatest. I am no longer afraid to have work done on my teeth.
I would like to share my experience with Dr. Caprice and his crew. I am PETRIFIED of dentists! That being said, I needed 6 teeth pulled and scheduled a consultation. With no dental insurance, I was informed the expensive consultation cost would need to be paid up front. But after we made a plan of extraction, they subtracted the consultation fee from the bill, then discounted the remaining balance by %20. Of course the numbing process was uncomfortable but once that was achieved, Dr. Caprice popped all six teeth out very quickly and painlessly. I can't say anymore about he and his staff. They are very competant and nice professionals. Thank you, Dr. Caprice!
No communication no phone call beforehand. I went to office to ask them to submit to my dental insurance ahead of time and they didn’t. They don’t accept most insurances and most cards. Go anywhere else!
