Wonderful office. Dr Dawood is very efficient and did the extraction perfectly. He accommodated wheelchair and his staff are kind to help elderly patients feel comfortable. Tasmeen is wonderful in helping and comforting. Thank you for taking such good care!
I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Dawood in December, and it was a great experience. I was very nervous because one tooth was close to a nerve, requiring a coronectomy to prevent nerve damage. Dr. Dawood explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions, which really put me at ease. The surgery went extremely well (no nerve damage!), and the follow-up visits were just as positive, making me even more confident in my decision. Dr. Dawood and his staff were exceptional, creating a calm and reassuring experience despite my nerves. Dr.Dawood was amazing, and the staff was the cherry on top, making me smile and laugh despite the nerves I was feeling. I would absolutely choose him and his team again if I had to.
I was referred to Virginia Oral Surgery Specialists for a wisdom teeth extraction, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The provider performed the procedure with great care and professionalism, and I experienced no complications. The front desk team was exceptionally welcoming, courteous, and efficient. In particular, Allison stood out for her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for patients. She made the entire process smooth and reassuring. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of oral surgery services.
I went to Dr. Dawood (Virginia Oral Surgery Specialists) to have a tooth extracted, a sinus lift, and an implant placed. The whole experience was very smooth, and all things considered easy. Dr. Dawood explained the process to me from start to finish, so I knew exactly what to expect. The office was equipped with the latest technology and staffed with very friendly and knowledgeable dental assistants. On the day of the surgery, everyone made me feel comfortable. I felt relaxed and, most importantly, experienced no pain. My recovery was easy, with minimal swelling, and I was able to resume my normal activities within hours after each procedure. I just recently got my wisdom teeth out. At first I had an abscessed wisdom tooth; Dr. Dawood took me on as a patient within an hour of seeing my dentist and the next morning he took the tooth out. Before he pulled the tooth, I could hardly open my jaw, was in terrible pain, and was scared. I was so thankful he was able to get the tooth out because otherwise it could have become more serious. He was professional, quick, skilled, and honest. A couple weeks later I got the other 3 teeth out and so far have had no issues. He did a really great job. I also want to add, the ladies that work there from the front desk to the surgical assistants were really great, professional and so so sweet, they made me feel so comfortable during this. They also call on you and check on you a day or so after the procedure which I was really thankful for. Thank you Dr. Dawood and his awesome team!
