They were right on schedule. Emily did a thorough job of x-ray and cleaning. Fast efficient and professional. Dr. Voy not present. On vacation and it isn't even hunting season.
Very friendly dentist, they got me in quickly when another dentist dropped the ball. Got my teeth cleaning finished, on the very first visit. Dental hygienist was gentle and thorough. Wish I had gone here 15 years ago. He said not to depend on internet ratings, as many are false. These guys have a 4.9 rating, I gave them a 5. I think he/they deserve it
This visit was a breath of fresh air after being at an office that had 3 dentist changes in the 10 years we were patients. We left the previous office because of horrible customer service starting at the front desk and extending to the new dentist/owner. Dr. Voy's office was the exact opposite! Jamie greeted us with a smile and everyone we met was professional, polite, and kind. We showed up a little early, so the staff went ahead and did what they could to ensure our wait wasn't excessive. Dr. Voy was friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and explained options for any treatment suggested. It was also refreshing to have a dentist look me in the eyes and introduce himself when I walked into the room during my child's exam! Top notch so far.....we will definitely be back!
Dr. Voy and staff are exceptional! I haven't taken very good care of my teeth over the years and I didn't have a regular dentist. They got me in as a new patient, front office ladies were so nice. Once in the dentist chair, Dental Hygienist Katelyn took great care of me and was amazing at explaining each step and what she was doing. Dr. Voy was great and kind, letting me know what needed to be done. I actually look forward to going back as I get myself back on track with my teeth. I highly recommend Dr. Voy and staff!
I was visiting family in Great Falls and thought I cracked one of my front teeth. Dr. Vogt’s office graciously squeezed me in before the Memorial weekend. Luckily, I had just lost a filling which Dr. Voy offered to fix. I decided to have him replace the filling, and it turned out perfectly. I would definitely go to this dental practice. Dr. Voy does excellent work and his staff is very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I live about 750 miles away.
