As someone with high dental anxiety, Dr. Martin and his staff always do an excellent job of making sure I am comfortable. They explain everything and make my comfort a priority. He is the king of gentle dentistry. I also like that everything can be done in one visit, even a crown. I highly recommend Dr. Martin and his staff.
My mom was recently diagnosed with vascular dementia and trying to navigate appointments can be a challenge. The whole staff at this office treated my mom with care and allowed me to be with her during her appointments, which helped so much between her memory and her being hard of hearing. Dr Ingram came up with a plan that was the least invasive but still allowed my mom to have her smile back. We are grateful to the wonderful staff and dentists at this office. Highly recommend.
I was a little anxious about my appointment. It has been 3 years since I had a cleaning. So I really wasn't looking forward to the x ray part ( I have a very bad gag reflex) but my anxiety and fears soon disappeared. Joseph Tamez was amazing during the whole process. He even share with me some tricks to help with my gag reflex during x rays. We got 18 pictures done with no problem. He often ask me if I was doing ok. He explained everything to me with lots of knowledge. I feel like a got a super deep cleaning. My teeth feel better than ever. Thank you Joseph Tamez and Dr. Martin for your wonderful service. Best staff ever.
Excellent dentist they really took the time to calm my anxiety and the entire process was easy and painless. Super grateful for the caring staff that really cares about the patient. Could recommend more to anyone.
I hadn’t been to a dentist in over 10 years because of phobia and anxiety. Dr. Martin is the nicest dentist, explains everything, and my hygienist is amazing as well. I had 3 fillings done, and they did such a good job of making me comfortable and the best experience. I wish this was my first dental experience; I wouldn’t have anxiety if it was. Love this office and will be staying for sure!
