I came to Dr. Urling--referred by my general dentist--for a tooth extraction and the placing of an implant. From the beginning, I was impressed and comforted by the professional demeanor and obvious knowledge of everyone in Dr. Urling's practice from the front desk to the support staff to the doctor himself. My case was described as a bit tricky, with concerns about being able to "lift" my sinus without puncturing it in order to place the implant in my upper jaw. As it happened, everything went extremely well, and I'm now in the post-op recovery phase. I can't say enough about the skill and compassion of Dr. Urling and his team.
I had gum graphing done last year to build a new gum and my wisdom teeth pulled today. I cannot recommend this place enough. The dental assistants and front desk women are amazing! So sweet and down to earth. And Dr Urling, he’s cool, Very nice and to the point. Which I like. He’s very professional and precise. And they are up front immediately about insurance and dental costs!
Although I have had multiple painful procedures that were necessary, Dr Urling and his staff have been compassionate, comforting and reassuring at all times knowing that I have a fear of the dentist. They are the best team to have had during my procedures. I would highly recommend them to all!
I recently had the pleasure of getting a procedure done, something that's been bothering me for years, Dr Urling and Rocky made sure I understood the needed procedure and got me in quickly. I can't recommend him highly enough. From the start, Emma was very welcoming They demonstrated exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and genuine dedication to me as a patient, and they were very attentive to detail. He even called to check on me after the surgery. The entire staff is class A!!
I had a great appointment and was walked through step-by-step about my procedure and my condition. Doctor Philip and his assistant Kelly were great. Thank you very much. For all the knowledge that you have given to me and I will see you guys again soon.
