I was referred by my brother who is a retired dentist and I drove across the state to see Dr Walcott. With the drive. He and all the staff were excellent!
The Office Manager, Nikki, greets me with a familiar warm smile every six months at 7am. not to mention, she makes scheduling a breeze and is happy to answer any and all questions. The Dental Hygienists are kind, knowledgeable and talented. It’s clear to me they are passionate about what they do. The Dental Assistant walked me through what she was doing the whole time and made it easy for me to watch the scan as it was happening. And of course, Dr. Brett is always fantastic!
I am a long time patient with Walcott Dental. Whenever I call or visit the office, I am greeted by a friendly staff, including those who are not working on my case. Doctors Walcott are there to care for my dental health. I have received excellent care from the practice from cleaning, repairs due to cavities, crowns, and excellent referrals for root canals and implants. I am pleased to highly recommend Walcott Dental.
