I’ve always been terrified of the dentist — the kind of fear where you cancel appointments, lose sleep the night before, and imagine every worst‑case scenario possible. But my experience at this office completely changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. Dr. Mark and his team are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with such kindness and warmth that it instantly eases your nerves. I cannot say enough amazing things about my dental hygienist Rebecca. She is highly skilled, detail‑oriented, and takes the time to explain each step of a procedure clearly and professionally. What stands out most is her calm, reassuring approach and her genuine commitment to patient comfort. I’m honestly grateful for how kind and supportive everyone is each visit. If you’re someone who’s afraid of the dentist or has had bad experiences in the past, this is absolutely the place to go. They don’t just do great dental work — they genuinely care about their patients.
Absolutely amazing place! They are so warm and friendly! They made sure i felt comfortable at every step and understood what they were telling me. I have a fear of the numbing for fillings and they made sure to explain every step and made me feel so much more relaxed and comfortable than I ever have been anywhere else! They actually care, your not just another number here. I will never go anywhere else!
Dr. Pugliese has been doing a great job since he took over. He went out of his way to try and reshape a tooth of mine while doing a filling so I’d have less problems moving forward. Rebecca is a great hygienist too.
Here’s the feedback. What an absolute nightmare. First of all I’d leave with a massive headache after abusive cleanings. Second, I had major surgery and had to reschedule a cleaning. I was repeatedly called and harassed by phone and text message about rescheduling and I told you to stop. After that you repeatedly sent me bogus bills, even after I moved half way across the country. You even got my new address and continued to send me bogus bills. Absolutely terrible people.
The staff is always welcoming and professional. They were able to schedule me the next day for a broken tooth.
