I’ve been putting off looking for a dentist since moving to the city, but my coworker had been coming by here so I decided to try it too. Making an appointment was a breeze, and Leslie followed up to make sure all my pre-appointment forms were filled up. Reminders were also sent via text and email. I was examined by both Dr Adriana and Tina (hygienist). They were both clear in their explanations and suggested treatment/care plan. It was clear Dr Adriana was experienced and had high standards of her staff too. The clinic was also upfront about cost, which was helpful. Special mention to Tina who made me feel comfortable immediately and was gentle throughout the cleaning process!
Truly such exceptional service from this team! Special shoutout to Jose and Leslie for providing such a warm welcome and ease to the service. I'm trusting all my dental care to a team that truly knows what they're doing, clearly loves and is super knowledgeable on it, and provides the quality experience that's worth the price!
While attending Wall Street Dental Spa, I had a very comfortable time. The staff members were extremely helpful and the facility is more than clean. When it came to making appointments and working out payment plans for my procedure, Eva was more than understanding and helpful throughout the process for months! I was truIy appreciative of her support and will surely be back to get my teeth cleaned soon. I highly recommend this facility.
This is not my first time visiting this place and I am very pleased every time. Today I came for a cleaning and from the very beginning I was impressed by the attention to the patient - the staff is polite, friendly and ready to answer all questions. The appointment process was quick, without any delays. The clinic itself is modern, with clean and cozy rooms. All the equipment is the latest, which gives confidence in the high level of service. The doctors were professional as always, explained everything before the procedure, carefully examined and offered the best treatment plan. Also, the hygenist Tanya is a professional in her field, during the work she regularly clarified how comfortable I was, which is especially important during dental procedures. Overall, this is my favorite clinic and as always made a very positive impression, and I recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality and painless dental treatment.
So grateful for Wall Street Dental Spa! I haven’t been to the dentist in a really long time and everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was so kind - Anna and Leslie explained everything so thoroughly! Will be coming back and recommending to others!
