Dr. Ward and his stuff are the absolute BEST! 10/10, I do recommend. I had to go in and get fillings which I haven’t done in forever, so I was a bit nervous and forgot how the process goes. He was literally gentle, didn’t hurt me at all & loved how he explain everything for me. His staff was so friendly and even offered me a blanket while getting work done (I have never received a blanket at a dentist office). They are the BEST and I am so glad that I made the right decision. You will literally love them and him!
The experience at Ward Family Dentistry was great. The staff is very attentive and professional.
Clean office and friendly and organized staff. Mrs. Gail is hands down the best hygienist in all of Meridian. I would describe Dr. Ward as a gentle giant. I have a small mouth and it makes it very hard to get my very back teeth. The filling and crown he has done was the best experience I've ever had with a dentist. He thoroughly explains everything and it did not hurt for a week afterwards like previous work I've had done. They are also great with children.
This is a great place and great people if you are looking for a family dentist. The building itself is super comfy, neat and welcoming. Dr. Ward is easy to talk to, very explanatory. He takes a conservative approach and is super gentle if you need any work done. The staff are also very polite and awesome. The cleanings seem so detailed and meticulous, not rushed through like there's dozens of people waiting. Good job Ward Family Dentistry!! I highly recommend this place!!
Susie and Dr. Ward were amazing! I had the best experience there today! Absolutely wonderful staff. *edit* I had to go today and get some of my teeth done. Dr. Ward was honest with his findings, but didn't make me feel ashamed of myself since my self care has went out the window the last few years. Anyway, went to work, but had to leave because of pain in my gums. I called and they fixed me up and now I have little to no pain at all! He and his staff are amazing! Very kind and just wonderful people! I can't brag enough!
