Very straight and to the point on treatment plan. All staff was helpful, polite and personable. The dental procedure went well and they made sure I knew what to expect after as well as making sure I knew the medicine info since I was given more than I expected. My procedure was at 1030am and I received a call at 8pm from the oral surgeon to follow up and see how I was feeling and if I had any questions. I really appreciate the follow up since it shows that they care about the patient. Would go back for any other treatment in the future
Omg had a great experience-They were super great the nicest team they worked flawlessly together! I loved my doctor! I was very afraid of getting my wisdom teeth out( I was getting all 4 teeth out at once) they were super clear about how everything works and what I could expect! They put my prescription in before my surgery so I can pick it up in advance which was a relief honestly - During the surgery they put me to sleep and gave me a real blanket not those hospital ones that are a sheet of paper lol but the small things go far- they explained the care to my boyfriend who was driving me home and also assisted me to my car - overall they just put in a lot of care and you can tell they love what they do❤️I would refer them to anyone including my friend who needs also needs her wisdom teeth out. Thank you again for a great experience and care✨💕
Hello my name is Annette and I'm so so very happy that I went to the Washington Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery office in Marysville on 4th Street. I Can get a bit NERVOUS whenever I have to do a specialty dental procedure or just any dental work, but from the moment I walked in to the when I walked out I was VERY VERY comfortable. The WHOLE Staff members, are GREAT! People😃 EASY TO TALK WITH AND VERY ATTENTIVE! They took time to explain every detail of my procedure and even waited and stopped to asked if I had any questions or concerns which I thought was great. The office is very clean and very up-to-date modern. I am SO HAPPY I chose this office😃👍 I also would just like to say THANK YOU ALL once again.
The receptionists and staff were very pleasant. A nice, relaxed atmosphere. Dr. Pasha Mostifa offered advice on two separate concerns I had with possible surgeries. His explanations were clear and I didn't feel pressured. He showed concern and feel if I do go forward with surgery, I wouldn't hesitate to have him as my surgeon.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Dr. Hong and his team. Every aspect of my care, the ladies at the front desk, the medical assistants and Dr. Hong were all excellent. As an adult having a wisdom tooth removed, there was a risk of losing a molar and losing feeling in my lower lip, jaw, or part of my tongue. I woke up from the surgery and was informed by Dr. Hong that he was able to save my molar, and I let him know that I had not lost any feeling in the three spots mentioned. I highly recommend Dr. Hong to anyone needing an oral surgeon. If I could give him 10 stars, I would.
