I had a cleaning and exam today with Sadie, the hygienist and Dr. Girardi. Sadie did such an amazing job cleaning my teeth. I was a little anxious as it's been a few years since I last saw a dentist but she made my visit very easy and pain free. Her and Dr. Girardi talked me through the process and even showed me how I can better take care of my teeth. 10/10 recommend this dentist.
Five stars. I am beyond thrilled with my porcelain crowns. They look completely natural and the fit is perfect. The entire team was professional, gentle, and detail oriented throughout the process. I finally feel confident in my smile again. Highly recommend.
I have had many bad experiences with dentists before coming here. Watertown dental health group has really changed my experience for the better. I no longer have anxiety about coming in for appointments, Dr Virga is amazing and makes everything as quick and painless as possible. Highly recommend!
i HIGHLY recommend this office.❤️ i have been struggling for almost two months with an exposed nerve in one of my teeth. everywhere i went for an emergency appointment they referred me somewhere else. i haven’t been able to eat and have lost 20 pounds due to the pain it has caused me. it made me feel like i was losing my sanity with no one helping me. i finally went to an oral surgeon who then was going to make me wait a whole month more to remove it. that wasn’t going to happen. i called watertown dental health group and explained my situation. the receptionist, cheyanne, was so kind and got me right in the very next day. the assistant was lovely, i’ve never had a tooth pulled before and have a fear of dentists from prior bad experiences. she sat with me while i waited to start the extraction and just chatted with me to keep me comfortable. dr. girardi was wonderful. he was so nice and calm, which kept me more relaxed. unlike any other dentist i’ve seen in this area, he told me he likes to try to save teeth before just pulling them, if possible, but we decided it had to come out. he pulled my tooth in just a couple minutes and he was so efficient, i didn’t even know the tooth had been pulled until he told me i was done! he made sure i was numb and as comfortable as possible. i have some other work to be done and i will be going to back to them for all my future work. i cried tears of relief after i left to have finally gotten this taken care of. it’s nice to feel seen by your medical providers. this staff is amazing and truly cares about their patients. if i could give more stars, i would. thank you, dr. girardi!❤️
