I was a first time patient today and had x-rays done and a tooth extraction. The location has ample parking. The receptionists are lovely. The office is clean and they have a nice underwater scene playing in the room. Honestly from start to finish i felt well cared for. Ari took amazing care of me throughout everything. She was kind and knowledgable and kept me feeling calm. Doctor Yeon was fast, effecient and made a great plan for my continued care. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for excellent dental care. Thank you so much! ♥️
I was extremely happy with the service I received. My appointments were not rushed and all information was explained. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Dr. Yeon and his team are top notch and I would not hesitate to recommend these folks to anyone. They are very skilled, professional, and friendly. The positive atmosphere is a comfort.
I unfortunately had an unacceptable visit today. They were running behind approximately half an hour which was not the issue. The issue was at my expense the dental hygentis not taking the time for a full cleaning and aggressive with the flossing and poor patient etiquette. The Drs are always pleasent though. After two unhappy visits in the past year, the only reason im sticking it out for now, is the outstanding office Manager that made the two situations right. I will be calling back to talk with her and also see what exactly I'm getting billed for. The visit definitely was half-assed and I'm the one who showed up on time.
These guys are the best. From the front desk all the way to the provider, absolute excellence. It is a smooth process every time for checking in and out. They issued referrals efficiently when I needed specialized care and they’ve always accommodated us when needed! The place is always spotless. I can’t recommend them enough!
